How to Manually Schedule an Appointment
Setting Single Appointments
Method 1: Setting a single appointment from the Calendar
- Choose “Calendar” from the left hand menu
- On the calendar, click on the day and time want to schedule
- Choose the appointment type category (if categories are set up)
- Select the specific appointment type from available options
- Choose staff member or resource

NOTE: Add client first before adjusting time zone

- For existing clients
- For new clients
- Set the Timezone, if need (for existing clients, this may have auto-populated)
- Set the correct Form
- Toggle whether to send automated emails
- Click “Schedule” to finalize the appointment
Method 2: Setting a single appointment from the New Appointment button
- Choose “Calendar” from the left hand menu
- To the right the calendar, Click on “New Appointment”
- Choose the appointment type category (if categories are set up)
- Select the specific appointment type from available options
